Mini pancakes, stuffed with caramelized apples (diced braeburn apples, cooked with sugar, that I added some pre-made caramel sauce to), with caramel sauce and maple syrup poured over them, thin apple slices, and a frozen banana ice cream (not really ice cream; they're just pureed frozen bananas with a touch of vanilla). I don't have any powdered sugar, and our sugar supplies are too low to make powdered sugar.
This isn't that bad; the worst part would be the syrup and the caramel, and they barely have that much, given their small size. Although, I could go full-scale on the pancakes and make real ice cream as opposed to just using frozen pureed bananas... >.>
