Chocolate Cake by FutureChefHaku Chocolate Cake by FutureChefHaku
Made this earlier today in my pastry class. Not too terribly well-executed, but a good first attempt, I think.
Coffee-infused chocolate cake, three layers, with Bavarian cream filling, and an almond-infused chocolate ganache. It's got a chocolate bow on top, and some ganache roses... that I mostly melted putting on the cake lol

I would say very good for a first attempt! Sounds so tasty, love the bow on top. Can't wait till I start doing cakes in my baking and pastry course ^^

About 30 minutes to bake, 30 more minutes for the ganache to set up enough to work with, and something like 45 minutes for the chocolate bow on top. Then another 15 minutes to decorate it.
