Miniature Mason Jar Pies

These are little apricot pies that were baked in miniature mason jars. Helped the teacher make them in class, because someone she knew that was getting married wanted a lot of little pies instead of a big wedding cake. It was a fun, easy, project; there were 200 in total, but I only made 26 of them =/
