This is not a hot dog

This is not a hot dog; minced beef sausage (minced some meat, seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin) sauteed it, let it cool, got some thin-cut steak, seasoned it, added cheese and the sausage, rolled it up into a log, cooked it, and placed it on a hot dog bun. Topped with sweet peppers (sauteed red, green, and yellow bell peppers, cooked them down a bit with some beer and a little sugar). With fries (nuked a small potato for a couple of minutes, let it cool a little, cut it up, and fried them. Seasoned with just salt and pepper).
